Purchasing an eGift Card for someone else:

  • Complete the online form to provide your recipients details.

  • The form will give you a ‘Delivery’ option. This allows you to schedule the date that your recipient will receive an email from us to confirm their eGift card details.

  • If there are any issues with receiving or redeeming the gift card, please get in touch here.

 

Using your eGift Card:

  • Select a product from our web shop. 

  • During checkout when you come to the ‘Payment’ section, select the ‘Redeem a gift card’ checkbox and enter your unique eGift Card code. If the value of the purchase is less than your gift card, the balance will remain on the card for your next purchase. If the value of the purchase is more than your gift card then you can pay the balance using our other payment methods (credit card, Paypal etc.)

  • Complete checkout and your order will be on its way.

  

eGift Card Terms and Conditions:

  • Our eGift Cards have a 24 month expiry date, so that you have plenty of time to choose when to place your order.

  • Any remaining balance on your gift card will be stored for future purchases so that you can enjoy your gift more than once.

  • It is not possible to refund the purchase of a gift card.
